Our shrubs are grown in a 5 gallon squat container and provide you with a full-bodied plant. It makes a difference when you plant this size of shrub in a landscape. Each shrub has a picture tag for our retail customers. Our large and distinct tags contain a lot of information and will draw your customers to these plants.

A well-known landscape architect, Ms. Ries noticed a sport among the Buxus microphylla koreana that she typically brought in for jobs. This sport was given to Larry Watson to grow on. He has since given cuttings to only a few nurseries - Sester Farms being one of the limited list of growers offering this exceptional plant. In the 27 years that Mr. Watson has been growing this plant, it has a mature size of approximately 4’ by 4’ with prunings being done to provide cuttings. This wonderfully lush boxwood has shrugged off Colorado winters and summers for several decades now. We are very proud to be able to offer this plant to our customers.
